For area employment opportunities, go to the Annapolis City Web site at https://www.annapolis.gov/237/Jobs-with-the-City, Anne Arundel County Web site at https://www.aacounty.org/Personnel/JobDescriptions or the Maryland Department of Labor at https://www.dllr.state.md.us.
Annapolis is 30 miles to Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC, so many Annapolis residents commute to work. Traffic conditions may make this trip difficult; however, there are ride-share opportunities and the Maryland Transit Authority operates commuter bus services.
