Contest Theme: What does it mean to you to be a military-connected child?

 

Eligibility: Open to any military-connected child, K-Grade 12

 

Contest Opens: 1 March, 2024

Entry Deadline: 15:00, 16 April, 2024

Judging: 19 April, 2024, NEX Annapolis Food Court

 

Contest Rules:

  • Open to any military-connected children, K-Grade 12
  • One submission per participant
  • Art submission must be original. Please don’t submit any work copied from a book, the web, clipart, etc.
  • Art submission size: 8.5 x 11” (or comparable), any medium
  • Send consent form below for each participant
  • Write your child's name on the back of the artwork submission (name must match the electronic consent form).

 

Artwork Submissions:
Option 1: Print a consent form. Attach the completed form to the back of the artwork to Fleet & Family Service Center, NSA Annapolis, Bldg. 168

Option 2: Complete online consent form (below). Bring art submission to Fleet & Family Service Center, NSA Annapolis, Bldg. 168(Printed consent form not required if completed online. Please make sure the child's name match on the artwork and online form).

 

Participant Consent Form

As parent/legal guardian, I consent that my child may enter an original work of art to the Month of the Military Child Purple Up Art Contest 2024. I understand that any submitted artwork will become the property of NSA Annapolis and may be displayed. Furthermore, I relinquish all future claims to my child’s artwork.
